Website Terms of Use
Including our End User Licence Agreement
Version 1.0 · Effective 21 October 2026
These Website Terms of Use and End User Licence Agreement (Website Terms) govern access to and use of the public-facing website at https://youtwo.ai, including its publicly accessible pages and content (Website). The Website is operated by YOU TWO PTY LTD (ABN 40 702 957 220; ACN 702 957 220) (YOU TWO, we, us or our).
These Website Terms are deliberately limited to the public Website. They do not govern registration for, or use of, the YOU TWO recruitment platform, candidate or employer accounts, AI matching services, candidate introductions, recruitment services or commercial arrangements. Those matters are governed by separate applicable terms when the relevant services are made available.
01Acceptance and changes
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website. If you access the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
We may update these Website Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website and updating its effective date. Changes apply prospectively from publication, or from a later date stated in the updated version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
02Website purpose and scope
The Website provides general information about YOU TWO, our AI-enabled recruitment approach, opportunities for job seekers and employers, and ways to contact or express interest in our services. Information on the Website is general and may be indicative, preliminary or subject to change.
The Website is not itself an offer of employment, a promise to introduce any person or business, a guarantee of any recruitment outcome, or a binding offer to provide a particular service. Any separate candidate, employer or platform terms will apply if you later access those services.
You do not need a platform account merely to browse public Website pages. Where a feature asks you to submit an enquiry or expression of interest, you must provide information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share.
03Limited licence to use the Website
Subject to these Website Terms, YOU TWO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Website for lawful personal or internal business information purposes. You may retain or print a reasonable copy of public content for those purposes, provided you preserve applicable copyright and proprietary notices.
No ownership rights in the Website, its software, design, content, branding, trade marks or other intellectual property are transferred to you. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by YOU TWO or the relevant third-party rights holder.
04Acceptable use
You must use the Website lawfully and must not:
- provide knowingly false or misleading information, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate another person;
- use the Website to harass, abuse, discriminate against, threaten or unlawfully interfere with any person;
- upload, transmit or introduce malicious code, spam, unlawful material, sexually explicit or exploitative content, or content that infringes another person’s rights;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, networks, databases, servers, source code or security controls; interfere with the Website’s availability or performance;
- copy, republish, commercially exploit, scrape, harvest or systematically extract Website content or data, including by automated means, except to the extent permitted by law or authorised in writing by us;
- reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent technical controls on the Website except to the extent that applicable law does not permit that restriction; or
- use the Website, its branding or content to suggest that YOU TWO endorses or is affiliated with you without permission.
Ordinary indexing by reputable public search engines consistent with our published crawler instructions is not prohibited by the preceding restrictions. Nothing in this clause prevents activities that cannot lawfully be restricted.
05Intellectual property and website content
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, graphics, layout, logos, software elements and original materials, are owned by or licensed to YOU TWO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. YOU TWO names, logos and other branding may not be used without our prior written consent except as permitted by law.
If you contact us or provide feedback about the Website, you authorise us to use that feedback to respond, troubleshoot and improve the Website, subject to our Privacy Policy and any rights you retain. This does not give us an unrestricted right to publish personal information or confidential material.
06Privacy, enquiries and external services
YOU TWO PTY LTD respects the privacy of individuals who visit and interact with our Website.
When you browse https://youtwo.ai, submit an enquiry through our contact form, register your interest in our services or join a waiting list, we may collect and process personal information in accordance with our Website Privacy Policy.
Our Website Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how and why we use it, when it may be disclosed, how it is protected and how individuals can exercise their privacy rights or contact us with privacy-related concerns.
The Website Privacy Policy applies to visitors and individuals who express interest in YOU TWO before registering for or accessing our recruitment platform.
Separate privacy policies may apply to candidates and employers who subsequently register for or use the YOU TWO recruitment platform. 07Availability, accuracy and changes to the Website
We take reasonable care in preparing and maintaining the Website, but information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and content or features may change. We may update, suspend or discontinue any public Website feature, including for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
We do not promise uninterrupted access or that the Website will be free from every error or security vulnerability. You are responsible for using suitable security practices and checking important information with us before relying on it for a significant decision.
General descriptions of AI functionality are for information only. They are not professional, legal, employment or recruitment advice and do not guarantee the suitability of a candidate, the availability of a role or any commercial result.
08Our rights if the Website is misused
If we reasonably believe that your use breaches these Website Terms, threatens security, interferes with others or contravenes the law, we may take proportionate steps to restrict or block access, remove unlawful material where applicable, investigate the concern, or notify relevant authorities where lawful. We may first provide notice when reasonably practicable, but need not do so where urgent action is required.
09Australian consumer guarantees and liability
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees and protections under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its general informational content are made available on an “as available” basis and without any additional guarantee that they will always be accessible, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. This statement does not exclude any guarantee that applies by law.
To the extent permitted by law, neither YOU TWO nor its personnel is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the public Website, including loss of anticipated profit, opportunity or data, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Website Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Any separate recruitment services or paid products are governed by their own applicable agreements; this clause is not intended to alter rights or remedies under those agreements.
10Governing law and disputes
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Subject to any non-excludable rights, the courts of New South Wales and courts competent to hear appeals from them have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Website Terms.
If you have a concern about the Website or these Website Terms, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly.
11Severability and entire scope
If a provision of these Website Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions. These Website Terms govern public Website use only and should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and any separate agreements that apply to other YOU TWO services.
