About YOU TWO

Recruitment usually starts with a job ad and a pile of applications. We start with people. YOU TWO gets to know job seekers and employers – what they’re good at, what they need, and what would make a move worth it – then introduces the ones we think should meet, and explains why.

Nobody applies. Nobody is introduced until both sides say yes. Where it helps, candidates and employers can work together on a trial basis before making anything permanent.

For members, YOU TWO is free. Tell us what would make you move, and we keep looking on your behalf.

For employers, tell us who you need and we do the recruiting. You only pay when you hire.
